These services are operated on the PebblePay platform. PebblePay provides the software; the business you are interacting with is the merchant of record and is responsible for its products, prices, staff and local compliance. Your account details are processed to provide the service and are not sold. Access may be suspended for misuse, fraud or abuse. Where the business publishes its own terms below, both apply; the business's terms govern your relationship with the business, and these platform terms govern use of the software. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
